Circusful

Founded in 1985, Circusful has built its expertise and approach over almost 40 years and is internationally recognised as a leading circus arts organisation.

Through participatory arts projects, bespoke events and performances, Circusful’s skilled team engage, surprise and motivate individuals and communities – often leading to improved outcomes in physical, social and emotional health and improved educational attainment and/or engagement.

Circusful’s headquarters, in Belfast’s Cathedral Quarter, is the first and only fully equipped, purpose-built circus arts centre on the island of Ireland. Alongside ‘in-house’ opportunities the team offer an extensive outreach programme.

Circusful provides opportunities for service users, healthcare providing teams and visitors – all ages and abilities.

From a one off performance for a large audience to a longer-term programme for a small, identified, group, and everything in-between, Circusful offers opportunities for people to access and benefit from high-quality arts and creative programmes.
