WOMEN’STEC is an innovative regional charity based in North Belfast. It was born out of a recognised need for non-traditional training and employment for women in industries with historically low female representation including construction, engineering and IT. We provide training courses to over 200 women each year. Our courses include carpentry, horticulture, electrics, painting and wallpapering, mosaics and plumbing, alongside confidence-building and personal development programmes. |
