Supported Employment service for neurodiverse jobseeking adults (autism, learning disability etc.).
A team of dedicated Employment specialists provides one to one on site ‘job coaching’ using the methodology of ‘Systematic Instruction’.
Other bespoke support includes pre-employment training for jobseekers and advice and guidance to employers regarding ‘positive action’ recruitment practices.
