The Parity project is part of Triangle Housing Progression to Employment service. The main aims are to:

  • Ring fence job opportunities for people with learning disability/or autism.
  • Development and implement positive action recruitment strategy.
  • Strengthen business ties with the corporate sector by marketing our enterprise service as suppliers to the sector and negotiating the procurement processes.

Our service aim is to bridge the gap between adults with learning disabilities and employment.
