The Turnaround Project helps people who have been given prison or community sentences to turn around their futures. Working with people before and after they complete their sentences, and providing real jobs in transitional employment opportunities, Turnaround works to tackle the barriers between them and employment. In the process, Turnaround engages the wider community in supporting people on their journey and reducing the social and financial impact of reoffending.
The Turnaround Project also operates social enterprises in order to provide transitional training and employment to people before and after they complete prison or community sentences.
Outwork, our grounds maintenance service, delivers contracts for clients who want us to do as good a job – or better – as any other commercial provider. We offer a range of services, including grounds maintenance on a once-off or regular basis; planting and ongoing care of trees and shrubs for gardens, car parks and grounds; and site clearance and tidy-ups when clients acquire a new property, need additional support on top of their regular caretaking, or to clear up after events.
Our clients include the Belfast International Airport, Alpha Housing Association and Blairs Caravans.
Contracting a hard-working Outwork crew not only ensures that our clients’ grounds are maintained but also helps them demonstrate their commitments to Corporate Social Responsibility and building social value in their supply chain.
