The Hummingbird Project works throughout N Ireland delivering our unique: “Why Work” Programmes, Level 1 & Level 2 Emotional Resilience Workshops and our 1-2-1 Recovery & Resilience Mentoring Programmes. We deliver all of these services directly to a growing range of government departments, other VCSE sector organisations and corporates. In addition we deliver our products through several projects in partnership with other organisations. We also provide consultancy services to assist organisations develop and evaluate their Wellbeing Strategies. We achieve positive change for individuals based on our 3U model by harnessing the power of lived-experience of mental health and workplace access. We have developed all our programmes/activities with the input of people directly affected by the issues we seek to address. In addition, we gather feedback and evaluation insights from those we work with. This allows us to measure our mission and social impact accurately and to continuously improve our theory of change |
