We are a Charity that provides vocational training to adults with a Leaning Disabilities through our Training Unit and currently have two Social Enterprises – Bridge Quirky Emporium (Retail) and Bridge Hug ‘A’ Mug Ability Cafe.
Our mission statement – The Bridge Association is founded on the priciple that everyone should have the opportunity to mature and develop as an individual to their full potential in all aspects of living including social, educational, occupational and recreational.

Bridge Association was established in 1998, is a not-for-profit Company Limited by Guarantee (NI021368) and Charity (NIC107046).
The core work of the Bridge is to provide vocational training opportunities for adults aged 18+ with Learning disABILITIES, whereby they can improve self-help, personal centered development and independent living skills We work with the Health Trusts, local Councils, SEN schools and the community. We are currently building our ‘Forever Home’ which will have a purpose build training unit, two more social enterprises and a Community Hub. This will help to increase our placements, help develop our retail, horticulture, catering, upcycling and recycling abilities/courses for both our trainees and the general community. Any funding or donations to our project would be greatly appreciated.
