Start360, a leading charity in Northern Ireland, supports approximately 2,000 individuals annually. With over thirty years of experience, the organisation offers services to improve the lives of young people, adults, families, and communities. Our focus areas include health, justice, and employability, particularly for those facing challenges such as problematic substance use, mental health issues, and social exclusion. Key Services – Employability Services: Tailored training and support for individuals facing barriers to employment, including Looked After Children and those supported by the justice system. Health and Wellbeing Services: Therapeutic interventions such as counselling, recovery support groups, and health promotion activities to improve mental health and wellbeing. Family Support: Services to strengthen families and support parents and children. Substance Use Services: Trauma informed education and therapeutic interventions to help individuals manage and overcome substance use issues. Justice Services: Support for young people and adults in custody and transitioning into the community, aiming to reduce reoffending and improve outcomes in relation to mental health, employability, substance use and relationships. Vision360: Enhancing workplace wellbeing through tailored training for employers. We also design and provide bespoke health and wellbeing initiatives and training for communities and organisations within social value contracts. |
