We are a Learning and Training Provider based in West Belfast providing school leavers vocational qualifications, YouthStart programmes to help young people to gain employability skills and get a job as well as Apprenticeships. Through the Apprenticeship programme we can offer training to people who have no qualifications, have been in long term unemployment or returning to work after a period off due to sickness or caring responsibilities. All of the courses are fully funded so we are able to offer these FREE giving those who come from low income families get qualifications and a job with the opportunity of achieving their higher level qualifications through employer Apprenticeships programmes. We work in a area of high unemployment and deprivation and work closely with the local community to offer training and services within the local community to help bring more prosperity into their area. To give their children the chance of an education and well paying job. We also have a lot of children who have physical and behavioural disabilities who we work with to give them qualifications and working experience and hopefully a job. We are also working on bringing young people together from both sides of the communities to train and work together. |
