Specialisterne NI is an innovative social enterprise which works to support autistic and neurodivergent people to get ready for, secure and progress in rewarding careers. As part of the international Specialisterne network, which spans 32 cities, we work to support 1 million careers of autistic and neurodivergent people. Our work is co-designed with our autistic and neurodivergent community, which includes autistic and neurodivergent adults, and autistic and neurodivergent young people at primary and secondary schools across NI. We can support you to include autistic and neurodivergent people in your organisation, and help you ensure your organisation is a space where autistic and neurodivergent people thrive. We have a range of ways you can support our autistic and neurodivergent communities to get ready for and secure careers, connecting your teams to the autistic and neurodivergent communities in ways that achieve lasting social change.
