Mencap works in partnership with people with a learning disability and families across Northern Ireland. Our Employment Services support trainees to develop their employability skills, knowledge and confidence, in their chosen field of work, through workplace training and development. We work closely with each trainee, employers and support networks to ensure they are matched to a suitable placement and where possible, that this is developed into paid employment. |
