Lighthouse is an organisation dedicated to supporting people across Northern Ireland who are struggling with their mental health, suicide ideation or have been bereaved by suicide. We do this through a range of services with include talking therapies, crisis intervention, complementary therapies, and youth support. We also have recently introduced a workplace training programme (Health & Wellbeing – Mental Health first aid). |
