A Social Enterprise with 4 key aims: We achieve this through provision of safe community hubs where people can get together to learn yarn and textile based skills and enjoy exploring how their creativity can enhance mental health and wellbeing. We provide courses for specific groups eg menopause, LGBTQIA, Eating Disorders, alongside general social groups where members of the community can get together, learn from each other and enjoy time out with crafts they enjoy. We have also developed a charity side of the organisation which will specifically focus on training and employment within the yarn and textile industries. 100% of any profits we make from retail or event sales goes towards supporting our social purposes and provision of new services. |
