| Profile: |
Fortify Financial Solutions CIC is a Northern Ireland–based social enterprise helping people reduce money stress and build confidence with their finances. We support individuals, employees, and community groups who often feel excluded or overwhelmed by traditional financial systems. Money worries are a major cause of stress, poor mental health, and reduced wellbeing. Many people lack access to clear, trustworthy financial education and feel embarrassed or unsure where to turn. Fortify addresses this by delivering practical, easy-to-understand financial wellbeing support that focuses on real life, not jargon. We deliver workshops and programmes covering budgeting, debt awareness, pensions, protection, and financial resilience. Our Fortify: Root & Rise programme goes further by linking money with mental health, stress management, and lifestyle wellbeing, recognising that financial challenges rarely exist in isolation. Our work helps people feel more in control, less anxious, and better able to make informed decisions. Across our programmes, around 70–80% of participants report increased confidence and reduced financial stress, with many taking positive financial actions within months. As a CIC, any surplus is reinvested to subsidise community delivery, ensuring those most in need can access support. We work with employers and partners to deliver meaningful, measurable social impact that improves wellbeing, strengthens communities, and supports long-term resilience. |
