Donegall Pass Community Enterprises (DPCE) acts as a vital Social Value broker, bridging the gap between public sector procurement requirements and impactful local delivery in inner-city Belfast. Established in 2017, DPCE is a lead partner in the social and economic regeneration of Donegall Pass, specializing in transforming community needs into measurable social outcomes. As a broker, we provide contractors with direct access to a “Good Relations Hub” and a robust network of local stakeholders. We facilitate the delivery of Social Value themes by: • Employment & Skills: Connecting contractors to a local talent pool to address deprivation through targeted training, apprenticeships, and social enterprise initiatives. DPCE offers the local expertise and infrastructure necessary to ensure that social value commitments are not just compliant, but transformative. We turn procurement obligations into genuine community wealth building, ensuring Donegall Pass remains a vibrant, safe, and sustainable place to live, work, and invest. |
