Profile:

We are a Northern Ireland wide pan-disability charity and social enterprise committed to creating greater opportunities for disabled people and people with long-term health conditions to live, learn, work and thrive.
We work with employers, businesses, education providers and public sector organisations to remove barriers, strengthen inclusion and create meaningful opportunities. Our Employment Team provides tailored pre-employment and in-work support, including on-the-job training, career development and progression, while helping employers build accessible, confident and inclusive workplaces.
Our Training Services provide bespoke corporate support to strengthen Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, develop confidence and embed inclusive practices. Through Skills for Life and Work, we help young people aged 16–24 build essential skills, explore career pathways and gain experience through employer engagement and work placements.
We tackle digital exclusion through Onside Evolution, helping people develop the skills and confidence to participate in an increasingly digital society. Our Driving and Assessment School and accessible DATS transport also help overcome practical barriers and increase independence.
By working collaboratively, we create sustainable solutions that benefit individuals, employers and communities, expanding opportunity, developing talent and enabling disabled people to participate, contribute and achieve their ambitions.
