At CS Wellness we provide mental health education services, specialising in suicide prevention, mental health awareness and workplace wellbeing. We deliver evidence-based suicide awareness workshop, training that encourages initiative taking mental health management, sessions on managing stress and burnout, improving sleep and coping with anxiety, plus complementary therapies and one-to-one sessions during site visits. We also offer advanced training to enhance the skills of current mental health champions, as well as introductory training for employees interested in becoming mental health champions. |
