Carers at Work supports organisations to attract and retain key, experienced talent while simultaneously supporting carers to retain their financial independence by supporting them to stay in work. As well as working with senior leadership teams, HR Managers and line managers to enable them to create effective carer friendly workplaces that reduce staff turnover, we also work directly with carers in work, supporting them through workshops, programmes and mentoring. |
