Anam Cara Community Counselling CIC is a community-based, not-for-profit counselling social enterprise delivering low-cost, accessible counselling and therapeutic services to adults, young people (16-25), families and carers and employers across the community. Our mission is to promote emotional wellbeing, reduce health inequalities and strengthen community resilience through professional counselling that complements statutory and voluntary mental health support. Our social enterprise was established in 2019 & was built on over 25 years of therapeutic service delivery and professional experience of the Directors within the community, voluntary & charitable sectors. Our Adult Services include the following specialisms – We support clients from across Newry, Mourne and Down Council District. With face to face counselling services delivered from Warrenpoint, Co Down along with remote counselling options. |
