The Strategic Investment Board's Social Value Unit assists Northern Ireland's Government Departments, their agencies and arm’s length bodies to maximise the delivery of social value through public contracts.
The objective of the unit is to maximise the social value delivered through public procurement investment in Northern Ireland.
Collaborating with a wide range of organisations, the Social Value Unit has developed a range of resources to help Contracting Authorities apply social value in their contracts using the relevant themes and indicators, and to successfully manage and report the delivery of social value requirements.
