GLOW is a cross community, intergenerational organisation delivering personal development, mental health & well-being programmes to women and girls across Northern Ireland. All our programmes use Life Coaching and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) tools & techniques that empower women & girls to think more clearly & positively. This enables them to set goals and determine action plans.
We aim to provide participants with life long skills improving their mental health and well-being practice to build sustainable futures. As an organisation, GLOW believes that by empowering women in deprived areas of Northern Ireland, we can reduce the knock-on social conditions that are passed on to young females in the community of low self-esteem, low confidence levels and create opportunities to acquire life skills. Specifically, we are working to support women to find their own inner identity.
